Fortnite creators, don’t forget — the Epic MegaGrants program is here to help bring your ideas to life! Through MegaGrants, we’re offering funding to support groundbreaking projects that push creative boundaries. The first 2025 submission window closes on April 14, so there’s still time to submit. Not ready? The next window opens on July 14.

Since its inception, the MegaGrants program has supported talented creators worldwide, fueling innovation and new experiences. We’re looking for your UEFN creations! Whether you’re a solo creator, a small dev team, or a seasoned game studio, we want to hear from you if you have an idea that Fortnite players will love!

Why Should I Apply?

We’re looking to support projects that redefine what’s possible in UEFN and that broaden the types of content available to Fortnite players. If you’re pioneering new game genres, developing unique mechanics, or exploring bold new ideas, this is your opportunity!

What’s New in 2025?

This year, MegaGrant applications follow a cycle-based schedule instead of being open year-round, making it more transparent and easier to apply. 

With two submission windows per year, this means clear timelines and more frequent updates on the status of your submission. 

Submission Cycles and Key Dates

Cycle 1: February 12 - June 20

• Submission window: February 12 - April 14
• Review period: April 14 - June 6
• Decisions sent: June 16 - June 20

Cycle 2: July 14 - December 5

• Submission window: July 14 - September 22
• Review period: September 22 - November 24
• Decisions sent: December 1 - December 5​​​​
